This has been a great purchase so far - albeit I've only had it for a week now. HUGE keyboard, not a typical laptop style keyboard at all. It's more like a normal desktop computer keyboard. Also the numbers keypad to the right of the keyboard are great. Super clear 17" screen. Speakers are good...Highly recommended overall. Will check back in a few months to update.

After unplugging and replugging the ac (took a few minutes to figure out that it was a power issue), it charged and the computer was set up without a problem. But I did notice that the charge of the battery went from about 50% to a full charge within matter of minutes, so I was a bit concerned. Later that evening, I used the laptop under battery power, and it only lasted about an hour. Just surfing the internet and such, no power hungry programs per se. I hope that I didn't get a faulty battery. I'm going to recondition the battery by letting it drain and fully charge again. Then I will update my review to let you know what happened. Otherwise the laptop itself seems good with the exception of too many bloatware. But what PC doesn't come with excessive bloatware these days?
